You are closer to the exit gate

Heb. 9:27
”And just as it is appointed and destined for all men to die once and after this
[comes certain] judgment,“
Let me start off by wishing you a happy and blessed new year. The Lord has
declared 2024 as our year of Open Gates ( Rev. 3:8; Is.45:1) that no one can shut.
Hallelujah!!!
As we turned the calendar into the new year, everyone of us may not have the
same kind of blessings, breakthroughs or help and support, we may be at different
places in life, however, we all have increased in year over the last year, and that is
the crux of our discussion today. The older you get, the closer you are to the exit
point towards the next part of the journey of life… into eternity. It is the destiny of
every human being to die, therefore, death should not be a scary thing, it in only a
means of transition; what should give each of us concern is, where will eternity be
spent?
As we celebrate the new year, an addition to our years on earth, and as we look
forward to breaking new grounds, taking territories and all this year, please just
take a moment and ponder, should the end come now, what will my destination
look like? As I am today, will I be welcomed by the Lord Jesus or will be told off to
the place of Satan? Will I be like Lazarus the beggar or like the rich man in eternity?
Beloved, that this year shall be the beginning of years for you is not in question, on
the contrary, the highest level of success you have ever attained can be compared
to a lake, but this year, the Lord will give you an Ocean. Doors will open for you
without effort, help that you are not qualified for will be released to you, He will
justify you against charges proffered against you ( Rom. 8:33).
As you go on in the year, basking in God’s grace and goodness, remember, it
profits a man nothing to gain the world and end up in hell.
Duet. 8:10-11
”When thou hast eaten and art full, then thou shalt bless the LORD thy God for the
good land which he hath given thee. Beware that thou forget not the LORD thy
God, in not keeping his commandments, and his judgments, and his statutes, which
I command thee this day:“
As you go on in 2024, set your affection on the things above and seek the Lord with
all your might, serve Him with all your strength and love Him with all your heart.
Remember, another year on earth is a reduction in the number of years you have
here, meaning, you are getting closer to exiting the world. Make your ways right
with the Lord from today, and watch out for banana peels as you go on in the year.
It is the end that justifies the means….. Congratulations you made it, and still have
the opportunity to set right things that are wrong.
